Simlai provided strategic and tactical planning, proactively supporting customers through all stages of completion. Our services included after-sale communications, preparations for legal completion, key handovers, home demonstrations, defect management and aftercare.

Finishing touches included a bespoke branded online residents’ portal, customer move-in kits and concierge support.
