South Bank Tower is a luxury high-rise development of 193 apartments on the cultural South Bank, boasting magnificent views over London’s landmarks.

Simlai provided comprehensive services to HNW purchasers as customer service representatives of the developer, while implementing rigorous procedures for estate management, concierge and contractors to ensure each apartment was prepared for customer handover.

Simlai provided a personal service to owners, with guided apartment and amenity walk-throughs and acting as a direct point of contact for any pre or post-completion queries.
